And ever since Cameron Diaz came out with the fact that she prepares her lunch boxes every Sunday there has been a run on the good old lunch box – with a new livery.I love my glass lunch box and I can’t imagine life without it.

If you don’t want to do without your healthy lunch at work, you may as well prepare your food in a glass and take it with you.

Grilled vegetables, salads and quinoa, rice and noodle dishes, soups, etc. – pretty much everything is perfectly suited for this. Just prepare the ingredients the day before and put it in the glass, layer by layer.

Please keep in mind: if you want to add a dressing, put it at the bottom of the glass and the more solid ingredients on top. This way the salad won’t get sloppy. Store in the fridge overnight.
