But WHY are they making you fat?

Because, as we all know, fruits contain a lot of simple sugars. If you are eating the whole fruit our metabolism is able to digest and metabolize it with all the fiber, etc.

Our system is not able anymore to metabolize fruit juice or a fruit smoothie and will treat the fruit juice as if you were eating a bowl of simple sugar all at once.
It will increase your insulin immediately and go directly to your fat cells.

Because vegetables don’t have this amount of simple sugar, it’s much more healthy to eat and to drink vegetable juices or green smoothies which have at least 70% of veggies.
