Hydration management or the adequate intake of fluids is one of the most essential topics in my nutrition consulting. And usually the fluid of choice is clear, still water. But I want to update this routine with something I’ve become a fan of recently: coconut water from young, green coconuts!

Coconut water is a light and delicious energy booster on the go and at work, a sports drink alternative, and – mixed with fresh berries – a power shake for breakfast. It’s a wholesome, low-calorie and tasty drink, isotonic by nature, rich in vitamins, minerals and trace minerals.


It’s a little magic potion for your health, and so worth trying!
