Lack of vitamins? What to do?

Have your vitamin check-‐up with nutritionist Caroline Bienert in order to prevent your deficiency symptoms. A lack of vitamins means that your body is not optimally supplied and can age faster and get ill more often. If you are vegan or like to drink a glass of wine daily, you should read on.

All vitamins are essential for your heart and your brain, providing good health for all your organs. But they also increase your energy level, support your mental health and the cardiovascular system which is dependent on vitamins.

Not only our skin can age, but also our organs, therefore the brain as well. Vitamins support the central nervous system – remember what is feels like when your nerves are raw.

Vitamins control the creation of blood cells, nerve cells and even DNA. Vitamins support a healthy thyroid and the production of melatonin and serotonin; they aid healthy and harmonious sleep.

About 40% of the population suffer from a lack of vitamins. This could develop as a result of

  • Daily consumption of alcohol (even if it’s only 1 or 2 little glasses)
  • Smoking
  • Taking medicine, eg. birth control pill, antibiotics, cortisone, etc.
  • Stress
  • Fast food consumption
  • Lack of sleep
  • Lack of energy
  • Overweight
  • Diabetes
  • Being a “best ager” 50 plus
  • Allergies
  • Forgetfulness (Alzheimer prevention)
  • A weak immune system (eg. permanent cold, and/or chronic diseases)
  • Immune disorders
  • Vegan diet only

Vitamins are essential and they make for a stable immune system which allows you to live a longer healthy life. When you have enough vitamins in your system, this is one of the best ways to get rid of a few extra pounds and to expel a few toxins as well.

Only when all the vitamins are available in a balanced ratio, can our system work smoothly. This way we have much more energy!

Only when our body has no lack of anything, such as vitamins, can we lose weight.

All vitamins are necessary for your immune system, so if only one vitamin is deficient you will slowly but surely damage your vital organs and face an undersupply.

You can find out which vitamin you lack and where you are undersupplied when making a “VITAMIN CHECK-‐UP” with nutritionist, Caroline Bienert.

Your skin is the largest organ of your body. No wonder it needs so many vitamins.

Every day we want to be able to recall a lot of data and information from our brains. Therefore, we should always (every day) provide the body with healthy food and vitamins.

Our brain is our main switch and needs a load of vitamins in order to work well when we get older, too. Vitamins are the best protection and safest defence against Alzheimer and dementia, as the first signs of dementia and Alzheimer may present up to 20 years prior to showing symptoms.

Without vitamins you will never have healthy, shiny hair.

When it comes to nutrition, it is not about what we consume, but what our metabolism and digestive system can absorb, so that all the nutrients get into our system, allowing us to have a healthy, intact immune system.

Without healthy and deep sleep we cannot stay healthy. Our body regenerates while we are sleeping, and we can actively influence how we regenerate by eating healthily, detoxing from time to time to relieve our system and provide it with the best nutrients. Our body needs a permanent and excellent supply of nutrients so that we can sleep well. We often have deficits when we get stressed out and we cannot come down easily. Stress is also the vitamin and mineral devourer per se, and therefore we need a lot more nutrients when we experience stress.

The aging process is accelerated by a lack of vitamins in your body. Free radicals must particularly be emphasised as they are a crucial factor in the aging process. Only the right vitamins can control free radicals and protect your body from aging faster.

If your body has all the vitamins it needs, in the perfect ratio, you can only feel good – and this feeling is priceless!

As the organism and in particular the metabolism have a very complex and intelligent system, and the vitamins are arranged according to a certain order in our body, it is very important to consume vitamins according to this system (orthomolecular medicine). Otherwise a deficiency may develop or you won’t get the desired result.

Vitamins should only be used upon consultation with a nutritionist. Caroline will draft an individual vitamin plan after your VITAMIN-‐CHECK-‐UP treatment, individually matching your metabolism and immune system.
