I’m loving berries! The small powerhouses of nutrition are delicious, healthy, and have a low calorie count! Anthocyanins found in blackberries, blueberries, raspberries and strawberries have great antioxidative powers, lessening the free radical induced skin damage.

Ellagic acid, a phenol antioxidant found in blackberries, lingonberries, raspberries and strawberries protects our skin from sun damage and blocks the synthesis of an enzyme that breaks down elastin and collagen in the skin. An one-two punch to fight wrinkles!
